An industrial shed sounds like a simple thing to build until you actually start planning one. The moment you factor in crane loads, ventilation, natural light, drainage, and future expansion, a plain rectangular box turns into a fairly technical design exercise. A shed meant for storing finished goods has very different requirements from one meant to house heavy machinery with overhead cranes running through it. We size the columns, trusses, and foundations around the real operational load rather than a generic template.

Steel quality is checked at every stage of fabrication, from the raw sections coming into our yard to the finished trusses ready for dispatch. We also pay close attention to roof slope and gutter design, which matters more in this region than people expect, since a badly sloped roof during a heavy Delhi monsoon can mean standing water and eventual leaks within a couple of years.

We have built sheds for cold chain operators, packaging units, spare parts warehouses, and light assembly lines, each with its own combination of insulation, flooring, and ventilation needs. Some clients want a bare shell they can fit out themselves, others want us to handle everything down to the roll-up shutters and personnel doors.
